Millenial women: How to grab their attention

Let’s face it, Millennials are the next generation of buyers, and they are probably already one of your target audiences.

And women are about half of that audience. That is why it is so important that you learn how to best market to them. Here are a few ways you can increase the Millennial women shopping with you.

Calling all young mothers

Many young mothers out there are part of the Millennial generation, and you need to know what makes them tick. If you understand them, you can market to them. According to Forbes, here are three ways to market to Millennial women:

  1. Inspire her: Because Millennials think they can change the world and are all about making big changes to our society, you need to give them some inspiration. Make her feel like she is “doing her part” by offering some sort of charity work associated with your product. “We donate $5 for every $50 you spend” kind of deal. The other thing about Millennials is that they are very lazy, so if they can feel like they are doing charity without actually having to go out and work, they will do it.
  2. Think visually: Millennials are pretty stuck up about their design. If you have a website that is underdone with design, you may want to think about redoing it. If it doesn’t look like the best, they don’t want to even touch it. And they are more likely to buy from you if you show them how to do it. Maybe they don’t know how to put together a room on their own, but if you show them, they will buy it. For example, people love IKEA where they can see exactly how to use all the furniture and make a place look nice. The “small homes” that show how you can set up all the furniture are perfect.
  3. Build age “elasticity”: Don’t just try to cater to one age range. The generation of Millennial women talk to their parents about brands and push those brands on their children. You will get much more business if you offer products for every age range, so the Millennials can talk about it and give you more business. Just let them do all the work

Letting them do the work

When you are letting them do all the work, keep in mind that you can also use pay per call for this. Millennials all want stay-at-home jobs, so they are more than willing to share your brand for a cut of the cost. Every time you get a quality lead calling the number they are advertising for you, they will get cash And you only pay when it is a quality lead. Millennial women will be all over that.
